Get More Done.
Work Less.

I help busy professionals, founders and small teams put AI to work, on the tasks that fill their week and the ideas they haven't had time to touch.

A week of your hours
busywork yours again
Why now
You're late. But still early.

Others started before you. And it's adding up: faster weeks, sharper decisions, work that moves while they sleep. That head start is real, and it grows every month.

It's also catchable. The hard part was never the technology. It's knowing what it's capable of and what's worth building for you. That's the work of weeks, not years.

Too many of your hours go to work that doesn't need you: researching, organizing, drafting emails and documents. AI can carry it, in your voice and to your standards. It doesn't replace you, it multiplies you, and hands back the hours that need a person: judgment, taste, relationships, ideas.

Where to start
Two hires most people could use.

There's no limit to what we can build together. But everyone begins somewhere, and either one of these is a solid place to start.

Your Senior Assistant

Operations · communications

The everyday running of your business, handled.

  • The inbox that never empties. Sorted, logged, answered in your voice.
  • New business. Leads found, qualified, followed up without you pushing.
  • Proposals & recaps. Built from your last ten jobs, ready to edit.
  • Databases & reports. Current without you, landing on schedule.

Your Co‑Founder

Strategy · growth · second brain

Loose ideas turned into real strategy and plans you can execute.

  • Real research. Your market and your competitors, written up.
  • Content engines. One conversation becomes a month of content.
  • Ideas into plans. What happens first, what it costs, what you need.
  • Decisions, pressure-tested. Both sides argued, contracts read closely.
Behind everything we build

Before AI can work for your business, it needs to know your business.

Your voice, work, processes and business knowledge, organized into one foundation your AI and your real team can both work from. It's the backbone the whole system runs on, and it gets richer every week, so everything built on top gets sharper.

How it works
01

Talk

A quick call. You tell me what you're working on and what's in your way. I'll walk you through what's possible, how this works, and how we get started.

02

The Audit Where it starts

Every engagement starts here. A paid, focused look at your business and where your time goes, how much of that AI could already be handling, and what's worth building first, ending in a plan you can act on, with me or without me.

03

Build

Then we build what fits. Sometimes that's setting you up and teaching you to run it yourself. Sometimes it's me doing the building: your brain, one hire, or a whole team. Either way it lives in your accounts, so it stays yours.

You always leave with something you can use.
Why me
Twenty years making complicated things run. Now with better tools.

I've spent twenty years helping some of the world's biggest brands move ambitious work from brief to reality. The first ten were rooted in business development and strategy. The last ten, in producing complex, high-stakes campaigns where dozens of people and moving parts have to come together, the details matter, and the deadline doesn't move.

That work sharpened something I was already wired for: seeing where time is getting lost, where a team could move faster, where money is being wasted, and where the thing being built could simply work better.

AI is the best set of tools I've ever had for it.

I figure out where AI can create real leverage, turn that into a clear plan, and run the build from start to finish. When more complex engineering is needed, I bring in specialists I trust, the same way I've always assembled the right teams for a job.

You get the strategy, the right people and tools to execute it, and one person overseeing the whole thing, without having to become an AI expert or manage a technical project yourself.
